At just over 9x5 feet, this is Ford's largest painting to date.
It is inspired by a beach near Tofino, BC called Long Beach.
It is done in oils, with an acrylic underpainting (the blue sky is acrylic).
Because of its smooth gradations the audience may think it was airbrushed
But we can assure you it is 100% hand painted with brushes.
