Rest in Power Chester Bennington. Linkin Park was the first time I ever connected with music emotionally, and I associate their music with my first real group of friends from when I was in grade 6. I had the opportunity to see them in concert back in 2013, but I had a work conflict that made me sell my tickets. I regret not going to the concert to this day...

Mental health illness can be fatal like a cancer, and deaths by suicide such as Chester's are devastating to bear. Language plays a powerful role in how we understand these deaths and if we can take away the blame from the victims, and treat the cause of these deaths similar to that of a physical cause then it could help so many people feel more comfortable speaking about and processing suicide.
